Written and recorded witness statements can make or break a case. In certain cases it becomes necessary or desirable to have a written or recorded statement of a witness' testimony. Auto liability and subrogation cases as well as Workers' Compensation AOE-COE investigations frequently use this service. Each witness is interviewed to determine the extent of their knowledge concerning the incident, accident or circumstances under investigation. These interviews may be recorded on audio tape, videotape, or a hand written account of the interview may be prepared for the witnesses signature.
